Statesvisited.com ("SVC") will provide a Limited Warranty supporting the integrity of their product for its intended purpose and use. In this regard, SVC represents as follows:

            1.     Limited Warranty.  SVC warrants the following:
A.     The shirt will accurately reflect the information provided by the customer in the order form.

B.     Any defects in the quality of the product delivered or the material delivered affecting the ability of the customer to make use of the product or material for its intended purpose shall be corrected by SVC within thirty (30) days of the receipt of notices of the defect.

C.     The Limited Warranty as described herein does not extend to damages to the material or product caused in the shipment of the product or material to customer. Any misuse, alteration or improper handling of the material or product by customer, including, but not limited to improper care, excessive wear and tear or use of the product or material which is not considered normal wear and tear of the material or product. This Limited Warranty will not apply if the product or material has been altered or written on in any manner with any type of marking device not specifically authorized by SVC.

            2.     Duration of Limited Warranty. Customer must submit a written notice of claim to SVC within 30 days of receipt of delivery of the material or product. Any claims submitted after the expiration of this period will not be recognized as a claim under this Limited Warranty.

            Any general description contained in the company's catalogs or other advertising material shall not form an express or implied representation and/or warranty that the material or products shall confirm to such description or be part of the Limited Warranty.

            3.     Notices. All notices required hereunder shall be sent to SVC at the address set forth on the invoice, certified mail, return-receipt request within the time period required by the terms of this Limited Warranty.

            4.     Notice to Customers. This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights related to SVC's obligations concerning the integrity of the product or material shipped to the customer. The customer may also have other rights which vary from state to state. SVC's responsibility for defects is limited torepair and replacement as set forth in this warranty statement. All express and implied warranties for the product, including but limited to, any implied warranties and conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in time to the term of this Limited Warranty.

        SVC does not accept liability beyond the remedies provided in this Limited Warranty including, but not limited to, consequential incidental damages. SVC's liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product which is the subject of the claim.
